YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy

Updated November 7, 2026. This policy covers gettiredonkey.ca, operated by Nomad Technology Solutions under the TireDonkey name, in Ottawa, Canada.

What you share

When you request a demo, we collect your shop name and any name, phone number, email address or shop concern you provide. We also record your contact request, its wording version, submission time and campaign tags from the page URL.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and understand which ads brought enquiries. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to an ongoing marketing list. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. It may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details for delivery, security and spam prevention. If you follow the booking link, Cal.com handles your booking under its own privacy policy. These providers may process information outside Canada, where different laws may apply.

Optional advertising measurement

Meta Pixel is used only if you allow advertising measurement. When enabled, it sends page visits and a Lead event after a successful demo request to Meta, along with technical data such as IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers. We do not include the form’s contact details or answers in these events, and do not enable advanced matching. Meta may associate events with your Meta account and use them for advertising and measurement under its policies.

You can allow or decline measurement below, and change your choice later. Declining does not prevent you from using the form. Your preference is saved in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement on this site; it does not retrieve information already sent.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry records while following up on your request and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless an ongoing business relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to legal requirements. We do not sell your form information.
